舉世矚目的G20峰會(huì)就要在杭州召開。舉辦這次峰會(huì)對(duì)中國有什么重大意義？雙語君整理了習(xí)近平近年來談G20的精彩語錄，供大家學(xué)習(xí)。

　　2013年以來，習(xí)近平參加過3次G20峰會(huì)，分別在俄羅斯圣彼得堡、澳大利亞布里斯班、土耳其安塔利亞舉行。其實(shí)，習(xí)近平在多個(gè)外事場合都談到過G20，并向相關(guān)國家的首腦發(fā)出誠摯邀請(qǐng)。

　　At present, the world economy is gradually stepping out of the bottom, and the situation continues to develop in a good direction. At the same time, the negative impact of international financial crisis still exists, and there is still a long way to go for the global economy to recover.

　　形勢決定任務(wù)，行動(dòng)決定成效。為此，我們要放眼長遠(yuǎn)，努力塑造各國發(fā)展創(chuàng)新、增長聯(lián)動(dòng)、利益融合的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，堅(jiān)定維護(hù)和發(fā)展開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)。

　　We should strive to shape a world economy, where all countries enjoy development and innovation, growth linkage, and interests integration.

　　Development and innovation are required by the sustainable growth of the world economy. All countries should improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth, and enhance economic competitiveness through active structure reform.

　　——增長聯(lián)動(dòng)，是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)勁增長的要求。一個(gè)強(qiáng)勁增長的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)來源于各國共同增長。各國要樹立命運(yùn)共同體意識(shí)，真正認(rèn)清“一榮俱榮、一損俱損”的連帶效應(yīng)，在競爭中合作，在合作中共贏。

　　Growth linkage is required by the strong growth of the world economy. All countries should build the awareness of a community of common destiny, cooperating in competition, and achieving win-win results in cooperation.

　　在追求本國利益時(shí)兼顧別國利益，在尋求自身發(fā)展時(shí)兼顧別國發(fā)展。相互幫助不同國家解決面臨的突出問題是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的客觀要求。讓每個(gè)國家發(fā)展都能同其他國家增長形成聯(lián)動(dòng)效應(yīng)，相互帶來正面而非負(fù)面的外溢效應(yīng)。

　　Give consideration to the interests of other countries, when pursuing the national interests of our own, and taking care of the development of other countries when seeking our own development. We should form a linkage effect between the development of one country and that of other countries.

　　Integration of interests is required by the balanced growth of the world economy. All countries should build a global value chain that shares interest, and foster a big global market that benefits all parties, achieving the development of mutual benefits and win-win results.

　　We support the G20 in establishing a Global Infrastructure Hub and the .World Bank in setting up a Global Infrastructure Facility, and we will also contribute our share to global infrastructure investment through such means as the building of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the Silk Road Fund.

　　China’s economic growth is an important engine of the world economy. According to the estimate of the relevant international organization, China is one of the largest contributors to the G20’s Comprehensive Growth Strategy, which is the result of the policy measures China has taken for the purpose of fostering steady growth, adjusting economic structure, advancing reform and improving people’s livelihood.

　　The year of 2016 is fast approaching, a year in which China will host the G20 Summit. 　　The G20 summit mechanism was set up at the height of the international financial crisis in 2008, demonstrating G20 members’ determination to put the global economy back on its feet. The G20 thus became the premier forum for international economic cooperation.

And it is important that we deepen exchange and cooperation in climate change, development, cyber issues, counter-terrorism, non-proliferation, military-to-military relations and law enforcement, and step up communication and coordination on major international and regional issues as well as issues of global significance.
